Helping Save Lives in Ukraine 🇺🇦

We would like to take this opportunity to recognize and praise NORSK UKRAINSK SOLIDARISK SAMARBEID SENTER-NGO TRIDENT for the outstanding work they do to support Ukraine.

On Friday, July 3, we had the privilege of helping collect three fully loaded vehicles of brand-new workwear that had been donated to the organization for delivery to Ukraine.

The organization operates its own sewing workshop in Ålgård, Norway, where Ukrainian refugees are given meaningful work while also benefiting from a welcoming social community. In the workshop, volunteers produce evacuation stretchers that are used in the war in Ukraine. These lightweight stretchers are easy to transport and play a vital role in moving wounded people quickly to safety. Their work is helping to save lives.

In addition, the organization works tirelessly to secure vehicles for the front lines in Ukraine and has already delivered a large number of them. They are currently running a SPLEIS fundraising campaign to finance another evacuation vehicle. We are therefore sharing the fundraising link and hope that as many people as possible will consider making a contribution. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a difference.
